- Do I get my certification the same day?
- Most CPR courses, including BLS, Heartsaver and ACLS, offer same-day certification once you finish the class.
- Can I take CPR online?
- Yes. BLS and Heartsaver are available blended: finish the American Heart Association online portion, then complete a short in-person skills check with us.
- When is payment due?
- After you register, we send an invoice or payment link. Some courses need a deposit; the balance is due by the end of class.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- 7+ business days before class: full refund. 3–6 business days: 50% refund. Fewer than 3 business days, no-shows, or unmet prerequisites: no refund.
